I think it's $25 a fortnight via direct debit, or something like $299 for 6 months up front 😬. I've been there for 3 years, so they look after me, not sure what the prices are now, as I stayed on the same contract for those 3 years.

4 days a week, hour and a half sessions. Mon Tues, Fri sat. Some times shifting a day here and there due to work or whatever. First two weeks though will get you in there 3 days a week do some overall body workouts to prime your body a bit, then you can start training the same program as me. Will have to have a sit down with you at some point when you join to talk it all out. ✅
