This would be a good fight pre one year later and I would then say it could go either way. Post one year later, In terms of fighting style, Ollie is in league with people like Deathstroke and probably only rates a little lower than his wife (Or is it now ex-wife now that he has bit the dust?) Which is really impressive. I think Bullseye is a badass but if Ollie can dodge rapid machine gunfire with relative ease, Bullseye will have a hard time hitting him. And that's not even taking into account Ollie's own accuracy which is hardly at a novice state himself.
It's a case of Ollie who is pretty agile, a pretty good marksman and an excellent hand to hand combatant against Bullseye who is a excellent marksman, not very agile and an ok hand to hand combatant (The best I have seen Bullseye fight is on one occasion during Bendis's run where he holds his own against Daredevil and Elektra before getting taken down. GA could hold his own against Batman before his fighting skills were upped)
So IMO GA takes this 7 or 8/10 and I love Bullseye (Not in a queer way)

He's undoubtedly (atleast IMO) the best marksman in either universe, not to mention wasn't it revealed that the only reason GA did so well against Deathstroke (when he had all that prep) was because Slade let him? Not to mention holding your own against Daredevil and Elektra is far more impressive than holding your own against Batman.
Bullseye's a better h2h fighter and a better marksman, I don't see how GA could win. (Especially in an urban setting).

I can agree with that. But I never argued that, I just said that GA is hardly a slouch in that department either, but GA excels in other aspects as well.

Yeah but after that GA has held his own against Slade anyway like in issue 75 of GA. not won but held his own. Plus he has disarmed Jason Todd in sword fighting and given Batman a couple of good hits, before his mad skills upgrade.

True, but Bullseye didn't Bullseye lose that fight anyway? Plus Daredevil has schooled him on a number of occasions (Issue #181 comes to mind as does the ish where DD scarred Bulleye's forehead and the issue where Bullseye was forced to hit DD with bricks to the head and DD still clobbered him. Or the time DD couldn't use his radar but pummelled Bullseye with his fists.) Either way GA > Bullseye in terms of fighting skills.
