Sans Prep (as is specified) this is a stomp. Surfer's boned. Forget the movie, he'd be drained to human form in seconds. The FF are worthless without prep. Thor and Sentry are the only ones capable of annoying him at that point, and only Thor would last long (Sentry stalemate hype aside). Really, if a couple herald-level beings can take Big G, what is this world coming to?
Maybe the X-Men have someone uber on the roster currently. Otherwise, they're canon fodder like everyone else except the two I mentioned earlier.
