goblin's the only aerial character on either team

so team 1 has certain advantages to balance out being disadvantaged skill-wise

Logan goes toe to toe with Venom (assuming it's pre-clone-absorbing Venom).

Bullseye murders Hawk.

Iron Fist kills Swordsman.

Then it's Spidey&IF vs. Bullseye, Bullseye loses and good guys team up against Brock.
