PC means Pre Crisis, which means his history & story continuity was erased prior to 1986. If someone means Post Crisis, they will say Post Crisis.

It sometimes refers to his power level before the first Crisis, but he has gone nearly all the way back to previous levels - minus silly ideas from the 1950's & 60's like super mathematics or knitting 🙄 , or ridiculous feats like his sneeze destroying a solar system.
