Yea, but it's never been revealed where he got it. I'm assuming he got it from Shield around the same time they gave him his gun-hand.

He got some of his weapons from Shield when he signed the SHRA. They gave him his multi-use gun-hand and a regular prosthetic hand. I'm assuming he got the adamantium sword from them also but it's never been revealed yet.
