How? Iron Man can one shot most of the team easily.

Non of them would even get passed his defenses.

Doctor Ock with his adamantuim tentacles could do lots of damage and creat a crack in the armor which Venom enters and end of battle, he'd suffacate him. Hydro-Man and Sandman as well could do the same thing.

Could Sandman get in his armor and make it stiff or attack on the inside some how?

Hydroman gets vaporized and Sand Man gets turned into glass with repulsurs.

LOL at Dr. Oct cracking tony's armor. He tenticles are durable yes, but as not as strong to crush and armor as advanced as tony's. Oct get's one shoted.

Venom gets hit with sonics.

Mysterio could create illusions to fool IM into believing whatever he wanted. And yes he can fool computers.
Kraven would come with weapons to use against IM's armor.

Mysterios illusions won't fool Ironman scanners, the Extremis is too advanced imo, besides, Tony has a built in "spider sense" that would counter act that tactic.

Kraven coming up with weapons would mean prep for the team.
His standard gear wont do nothing to Ironman.

Seriously the only guys on the team that wont get one shotted is the Lizzard and venom by repulsurs.

Your whole argument pretty much revolve a bunch of villains to work together...It might (which i dbt) pull it off if they had preparation.

Personally I don't think taking down Sandman&Hydroman would be that easy...
