Galactus has two trys.

1. Hungry
2. Just had a good hefty meal.

Who wins?

Galactus goes all "herald my rage *****" and ends them.

The first Scenario I can see Galactus lose ore stalemate in unless he begins to devour Asgard for energy.

The second Scenario I would say that based on what have been showed concerning Galactus currently he wins.

If Surtur gets his sword/casket then he has an unlimited energy source, which will renew his wounds and replenish his energy non-stop.

Galactus in 2nd match win for sure.

In first, he might have troubles with the Destroyer.

Who's in the Destroyer

Big G will have trouble with RKT/Odin/Surtur w/Twlight and Casket

1. Galactus loses or statlemates
2. He wins but it won't be easy and not every single time

In scenario 1, Galactus gets absolutely demolished. He was driven back by Thor's godblast before when hungry, he stands no chance in hell against Asgard's might.

Not sure about scenario 2.

Odin will come up with something.

Don't mess with the old man.

I think he loses in both scenarios.

scenario 1. stalemate/Galactus wins via dimension absorption

scenario 2. Odin becomes Galactus' herald... Asgard is no more

After a healthy meal, Asgard is done for. If he is hungry depending on the hunger level ( slightly hungry-starving) he might lose.

Actually this scenario actually happened in the comics (sort of)...

In 'What If - Featuring Thor' (Feb/06) Galactus invades Asgard. I guess this just regular Thor as all he does is clock the herald (a female version of the silver surfer???) with his hammer...Odin pusses out and hides while the rest of the Asgardians run like idiots into the slaughter...

Galactus, after sucking enough power from Asgard to satisfy his hunger, offers Thor the chance to (WAIT FOR IT...you'll never guess) become his new herald in exchange to save Asgard!
