Kanto probably has the physical edge, but skill is harder to call. However, it's Kanto, I really don't expect him to try a fair fight if he has other options. There's a reason Darkseid named him as his master of assasins.

Would be a close thing. Kanto is as agile and evasive as they come and one of the most sneaky fighters in comicdom. I'd give the edge to Kanto, better physical stats and centuries worth of experience.
