The only thing that kept Ozai from getting instantly raped by Aang was that he could fly extremely fast too.
If you equate chi to chakra, I'd say genjutsu might not work on Aang in the Avatar State.
Killerbee broke free of Sasuke's genjutsu because he had the 8 tails disrupt his chakra. When Aang is in the Avatar State he's got the combined chi/cosmic energy of thousands of Avatar's before him coursing through his body.
I find it hard to think the affect on Aang's inner chi isn't similar to what Naruto or any jinchuuriki when they tap into their tailed beast power.
And on top of that, I don't think Sharingan would help him defend against any bending attack. He couldn't follow the chakra that surrounded Naruto and it didn't seem like he could with Killerbee either(hell, he couldn't follow Killerbee when he was just using all those swords). The elements are merely reacting and moving with a bender's chi, so he'd be as susecptible as anyone in that regard.
Perhaps even more so since unlike Sasuke, there's no set limit to how much Aang can bend in AS and it doesn't even touch his physical stamina.
Sasuke would give Aang some issues because he'd be susceptible to any and all substitutions. And though Aang can redirect lightning, that wouldn't help him against Kirin as I think it's simply to large an attack to focus through his fingers and back out again.
But since Kirin takes a ton of time to conjure up, it might be ineffectual in a fight.
All in all, I'd give the fight to Aang 7/10.

Actually he kind of did and didnt die. And Sasuke is leagues faster than Ang and I beleive Avatar is over and Naruto is still going and sasukes only going to get stronger
Kinda, as in a little stab, I promise, if a gigantic sword went straight through his neck, Sasuke would die.
