Wolverine can hold his own/defeat either of these two in a one-on-one fight. But Spider-Man make they're team lose.

But spiderman webbing can make it very hard for the other team and make it very easy for wolverine to get the killing blow. Spiderman is also nibble enough to stalemate either until wolverine finish his prey off.
