superman prime vs silver surfer

This is the insane superboy when he was temporarily a man against current silver surfer........who wins and why?

Also, kick me if this has been done before.

Norrin wins in a surfing contest

I don't remember this being done, but Superman wins this quite easily. He fought the entire JLA and was winning(with barely any powere). Heck he fought two Supermans and was winning. He even fought Monarch and actually defeated him while surviving a universe explosion
