Without Phoenix and mind gem I think T2 take it. Moondragon can hold her own and Sersi is too powerful for them.

I see fangirl logic is needed here. JG sets up a telekinetic barrier while she and EF psi-blast T2. failing that, Emma goes diamond form, so Sersi has to work hard to re-arrange her molecules (she finds sub atomic matter harder to control) and fights Moondragon H2H. She probably gets thrashed, but then Jean blasts moondragon, making her stumble, then emma knocks her out. jean sends telekinetic barrier rushing towards sersi and knocks her out. win for T1.
