Surfer still has a tremendous speed advantage here, among other things. I'd take him for a healthy majority, at least 8/10.

i think war hulk have strength that is comparable to superman..he even stalemate a not holding back sentry..i really believe a not holding back sentry is on par with superman..the one that fought sentry is war hulk rite??
