Do you think Michael Jai White should play Luke Cage.

The failure of Spawn wasn't his fault, at all.

I think Michael Jai White is a versatile actor.

I'd rather seem him play Blade. Jai White has the MA skills to pull it off.

It's moot unless the project has gotten back on the rails.
But, he would be better than Tyrese Gibson.

Michael Jai White could be a good choice if the Blade reboot actually gets made

I want MJW as Blade.

Sad to see he didn't gt to fight Joker or Batman in TDK.

I think hes a great candidate for the part of the panther but no blade reboot and hes to small to be Cage even though white is huge lol but none the less he is better then Tyrese

Does anyone actually want to see a Luke Cage film in the first place? There are a number of comic characters/stories that take priority over him in my opinion.

They both got the looks but neither got the box office power draw for anybody to consider them. Thats is unless they appear in someone elses movie as a cameo or guest starring role.

Terry Crews is in tons of movies.

The problem is that he plays the same character in all of them.

A large blck man who looks like a thug and acts like a thug half the time, but in reality he's feminine and has gurly man qualities and his sexuality is constantly in question. In White Chicks he played the big black guy who liked techno rave and did a gay dance with a shirt off and with whistles in his hand, in Soul Plane he played a bouncer who liked to slap guys on the ass as they walked by and reminisced about playing pretend Tea-Cup with his daughters, in Next Fridays he raped dudes in the ass... it goes on and on.

Terry Crews IS famous... but he's famous for being, like, gay. It'd be a bit hard to then paint him as tough-as-nails Luke Cage.

that's true but it doesn't change the fact that his acting in that role was atrocious.

I question the need for a Luke Cage movie. I think Luke Cage would be a great addition as a sub character to another movie but he is otherwise quite stale.
