As the title say, the Galactus from the Black Celestial arc, against Phoenix of the White crown.

I guess if we are talking about character potential, Galactus would take this.

However, despite the omniverse-busting claims constantly being made about this version of G, he only destroyed a single universe on panel - and that was accomplished with the UN. Everything else was mere speachification as to what Galactus could *potentially* do.

This is an eternal battle. Celestials can't really be dead, and Pheonix can be ressurected.
