No, that was LKZ. He stuck Spectre inside a living world. Alan Scott had use his powers as Sentinel to speed up time to make the world die faster. Pretty sad moment. 🙁 That and the nasty reality warp he started on earth are beyond Odin I believe. He was also juggling earth like a ball.

No, it was the evil Thunderbolt. When he entered the main dimension, he wanted to take out the 'big guns' so he took out the Spectre who then had to be freed by Sentinel and Zauriel.
