You severely overestimate Chimeran drones as individuals. You're implying that them embracing martyrdom is going to wipe out and endless mass of kryll. It's not. Like I said, play Gears 1, wait until you encounter kryll, step out of the light, and try to kill as many as you can. See if it makes a meaningful difference. Hard, isn't it? The Chimera would think so too.

Uhh... no, that's not what I meant. You failed to imply explosions prior to that.

Sacred, your reply to my comment " you said its in the game right " is not very, you know.
You're going to have to explain that.

If chimera have rockets of their own why not destroy the missiles at least it won't do as much damaged as it normally would if the missiles were to hit it.
Trying to piece together your sentence structuring. Are you suggesting that the chimera missiles are going to intercept locust artillery? I severly doubt that they could do that. Especially artillery coming from sneak attack tactics. Chimera definetly can't intercept all missiles from a squad of Reavers at night, in a suprise attack.
I think everyone forgot one thing, the Chimera in the Resistance franchise weren't focused on wiping out the humans rather they were experimenting, seeing what strains they could make, etc. They acted more like human were cattle to harvest to use as biological data, that's why they let them live since the hybrid chimera couldn't reproduce. Also the main chimera horde is virus based the closest to true chimera, which went to earth ages before the story, are Nathan Hale and Deadulus both who had psychic powers, Nathan being able to make chimera explode and bend a metal door of a chimeran stronghold.
While the locusts just focused on annihilating the human population.

Just like they'll do to the Chimera. 😛 Thanks for basically saying the Locusts are more proven annihilators.

All the chimera got to do is destroy all satellites, stay in their ships, shoot down any projectiles, and spam spires and missiles. Boom, victory. And considering the locusts have stoneage tech, they can't do anything but burrow and eventually die out.
You mean "die out" as in having a natural tactical home field advantage? The Chimera can't stay airborne because they'll get f**king Hammered down, and if they want to actually make any progress, they'd have to invade the Hollows, which is effectively tantamount to suicide. Guerrilla warfare, son.
