Just the usual 3.2 average. Still a little disconcerting though.

Just a small eruption (say Mt. St. Helens) in that area, coupled with the current economic crisis would send us down a path reminiscent of the "dust bowl" of the great depression. It would be scary.

Wouldnt it create some jobs? (if it was a small one)
