The Worlogog has control over the exact same aspects as the IG. Extant using it to create his own universe from scratch, as well as every sentient creature within said universe, is proof enough of that.

I just reviewed the awesome climax of the Rune arc.

After Nemesis was pwnd by the Gems who used the ebony blade as a plot device,
the time & reality gem were pwnd by the other four first:

(Interesting how the time gem has so much influence as the concept of time)

The reality gem is so potent,
that when it was made powerless,
its reality altering powers called nemesis waves were creating universes back to back:

In fact, the source of the reality gem's power,
was going to destroy "all reality" ... (as in the omniverse)

(confirmed again below, as in ... "all realitieS"😉

Then using Amber Hunt as a host,
the time & reality gem pwnd everything that happened,
and the Time gem played the biggest role:

All creation gets re-created by the reality altering Nemesis energy that powers the reality gem.

Notice characters from different universeS,
heck, different MultiverseS!

Nemesis could've been such a bad ass.
