Who would make the best herald of galactus and better use of the power cosmic.

WWH- To see what Hulk at his best with more versatility could do

Wolverine- To see how ruthless he would be and what he could do with the upgrade

Doom- To see how good he'd be at it and eventually to see him usurp Galactus

Magneto- Similar to Doom but I don't see his inevitable rebellion going as well.
