Then again, Celestial tech is billions of times more complex than what the Phalanx use.

re "Celestial Tech", Apocalypse refers to them as Celestial Artefacts. they are, dated, antique technologies which Apocalypse does not understand comprehensively.

give them to Doom and he might make something significant out of them, but in the hands of Apocalypse, they're probably no better than Stark Tech.

Uhhhh...he does understand his celestial tech. The scans are in the last page of his respect thread.

But it was also clearly stated in one issue that he actually understands very little about the Celestial tech, but that he would never admit that to anybody.
