I think the trio could win if they worked together properly. Just how difficult it'd be, Iunno.
Assuming this is an all-out situation, Dooku rapes them with contemptuous ease. He has at one point or another utterly dominated each and every one of the trio with the Force: he knocked out Sora Bulq with a casual blast of one-handed Force-lightning while dueling Master Tholme, he brought Ventress to her knees and reduced her to tears with a jab of his finger, and he telekinetically disarmed, levitated, and choked Quinlan Vos while lying down.
