Obviously, still does not make it a good idea. The stories crap, so the art and it goes against the principle of the character.

I am sorry but it goes against the entire point of his character, they been slowly ruining him by tyring to change him into things he not. He a bad ass with guns that takes on the guys that the other hero's for get, the common thugs, the gangsters. But they have recently tried to make him Captain America, then they tried to make him into some super human tech machine and now they turned him into a superhuman monster.....you see anything wrong with this? You dont see how this goes against his intended character for the last three or four decades?

And with all that he was still the Same old Frank under that Captain America costume and with the High tech weapons and who knows what they have planned with him as this Monster form.

No he wasent the fact he was doing this proves he not the "same old Frank" it goes against every fiber of his character. Not sure how any Punisher fan can like this. The only reason I can see any fan, manly a fanboy liking any of this is becuase it makes him better in "forum matches", but out side that it ruining the foundations of the character many have loved for decades. We like him becuase he that bad ass who uses his standard guns to take back the city from the common villains the other hero's over look. The last two years has been ignoring all of this and destroy his character and turning him into a monster is just going way to far......the stupid angle punisher was a better idea.

Should I even bother?

Gotta agree about the art. Opena was much, much better.

I liked pre-Frankencastle story, though. Pretty intensive and shocking.

Haven't read the newest issue. If it's not enjoyable, then there is always Max series, like Kaz said.

Can't actually remember the ratio, possibly. Still easier to ignore you if you're on ignore. Quite frankly most of time its just sheer boredom that causes me to click on here.
