Euro horror is great and heaps better than Asian horror in my opinion.

Snarveien is a technological horror flick about a young couple who goes to the Swedish border to buy cheap alcohol for a friend's wedding. They document everything they do with their cellphone-cameras and decide to take a shortcut through the backwoods back to Norway to avoid getting caught by customs. It's not long until they get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and end up being the involuntary cast of a real-life horror

Sounds like another backwoods flick.
