The only thing that altered the timeline was Scott's decision.

WCP severed the timeline by atomically extracting Sublime.

She didn't do much, (Scott's decisions were the monster feats)
and yes, it was all withIN the WHR, (a cosmic hospital)
and it was with a time limit on top of this.
