lol, that one is easy
the image is ambiguous, though it sends nearly identical signals to a girl spinning to your visual system. Because your perception of reality is compiled and not an exact reflection, your lower level brain areas compile the image as though it was a single moving object.
you can force it to turn either right or left, I find it is easiest at the feet, as there appears to be a frame or 2 that seem less ambiguous than the rest of the body, especially the torso.
