Can a force user enlarge his penis with the force?

I was wondering if the force could do that since strong force users are able to emply telekinesis and all kinds of fancy powers and i wonder if they could something as simple as that.

You're asking if a Jedi could use the Force to expand his cellular structure to enhance his genitals' size? If they can then that leaves me wondering why they don't use the Force to enlarge their entire body.
