When you post "this thread needs to be closed", "close please", "wrong forum", "this person should be banned", "so and so is a sock", etc. This is in fact considered SPAM. Another thing on this same train of thought: It's one thing to say "wrong forum" or "close please" but another to say that after someone else has already said it. That's even worse.
