odin's godly lifeforce will fix any damage wolverine can potentially give him. after all mortal weapons have little effect on gods.

even old school ares was immune to mortal weaponry, only extreme bodily destruction beyond the parameters of his healing ability could 'kill" him, and even then zeus could revive him. odin can ...revive himself.
