It was a joke, normally people put Blade in situations where he is too sucky to actually put up a fight, in this one he is actually capable of doing some damage.
No one in team two has the ability to defeat Deathstroke in a good day, but since Nightwing and Batman are somewhat outclassed by the opposition -given that Batman splits with anyone in team two and NW loses-, then its hard to say how it would go. It really depends in how fast can Deathstroke beat his first opponent and if that's faster of how fast they would put Dick down.
