Been done before, a couple times at least. Search function will likely turn it up.

That said, why the lopsided prep? If Slade has a day, why not MN'er? Favor Slade because of it. MN'er wins with neutral terms, however.

You just answered your own question. Obviously Midnighter is a force to be reckoned with as shown on multiple occasions, which is exactly why Slade gets prep in this scenario.

It's close sans prep. I'd give MNer the majority,but wouldn't put it past DS to take some off of him. A day would give Slade more than enough time to close the gap.
