Either way, yeh. And some people do get thrown by the user. Technically, "Cadence" in modern days is unused, but in medieval days, it was focused moreso on males. Hence the usage of people calling their sons "Cade." Now, if it ever gets used, it's the complete oppostie end of the spectrum, and they name their daughters Cadence... But what can I say? I likes my medieval shit. XD
