I would rather be deaf because in 10 years or less, there will be no such thing as deafness anymore. In fact, the electonic repair surgery that they are working on would make their hearing better than standard hearing. Also, I could still watch movies and play games with subtitles.
On another note, I was almost deaf due to massive ear infections as a child. I got ear tuuuuuuuubes and I kept my hearing.

Are you good with nun chuks and a bo staff? I can do the bo staff stuff without seeing as I've practiced that just for fun. However, I would still have to walk with a "seeing" cane and have a doggie. I do not have sonar.
Deaf, could always learn sign language to talk and they have captions on movies etc.

Blind, definitely. I would rather be able to hear people's voices and music.
I dunno why people are putting music above simple everyday tasks we take for granted, like taking a shit, making breakfast, dialling the right phone number, crossing a road etc. Is music that important?

I think that I'd go insane if I couldn't hear anything. I'd be, for lack of a better word, alone. I don't think that I could handle it.

Don't they have guide dogs that make you breakfast, and help you shit now?

Depends on the person.
For someone like Scythe, that is a major yes. He does music for a living.
I am a very musical/sound person myself. I love music and I love "writing" it. However, I don't love it enough to not realize that 80% of all sensory input is vision. (I do cite my sources.)
