Nero vs Prince. I think Prince may win this one. There's a slight chance he can win.

Prince can't look into the future. That's the only rule I can think of for now.

Prince slows time and runs up and slashes Neros eyes out. The end

Which Prince are we talking about? The new one who has no sand powers? Or the one from Warrior Within/Two Thrones?

Nero is way faster than the Prince and has a lot more killworthy attacks and combo setups, nevermind instant Exceed. The Prince can use his sand powers to Recall time and perhaps even slow time down, but after he runs out of sand powers, Nero opens a hellbound can of whoopass on the Prince, then pounds him repeatedly into the ground. And then taunts.

If Prince' Sand powers run out, it means Nero is a bloodied mark on the ground without a drop of blood left in him, without his eyes and most of his features and I wouldnt be surprised if Prince had carved off that devil arm by then.
