Err, from what I know, Michael is the creative, "demiurgic" force of God, capable of creating anything. And Lucifer can shape suns and stars, etc...but is the embodiment of God's will, which is infinite.

Lucifer and Michael can take the first match, but the second scenario goes to team 1.

HOTU = able to wipe out/restore the entire universe

Michael = was given the demiurgic (GOD's Power - having "an autonomous creative force or decisive power"😉 power to enable the physical creation out of nothing (Big Bang).

+ Lucifer

and they beat THanos w/ HOTU and LT

Thanos destroys the universe, Michael (+Lucifer) can re-create it.

Marvel the HOTU = DC's Demiurge

I see LT as equal to either one, at least.

IG Thanos is weaker.

HOTU Thanos is stronger.

I don't think LT is able to create something out of nothing (big bang)

I give Team 2 the victory over team1 in fight 1. Since LT<Michael, and Thanos(w/Ig)<Lucifer

In fight 2, Team 2 should win. HOTu is supposed to be the power of God?

You want to go by feats? Michael created a universe. He also was killed by Lucifer twice, impaled by a spear and then tortured for eons by a 2nd rate angel who led Lilith's troops.

Thanos w/ HOTU killed/absorbed everything within the Marvel Universe, then recreated it all flawlessly. Including the LT, "The One Who Sits Above Gods." His record and feats are superior, without a doubt.
