With the Iron fist sure but Slades healing factor and speed should be too much for him. Danny is more skilled but Slade is super human with fighting experience.

No Slade also has a super fast brain and superhuman reflexes and speed. I'm not saying he blitzed them but he would beat either of them one on one.

Shows he is near to speed with Spiderman before he had his chi doubled.
