Marvel Herc is the same as the mythical hercules. The one that invented greco-roman wrestling, champion of the olympic games, fought and won the war against the olympians and titans, successfully attacked and sacked troy, joined the argonauts and fought alongside them, fought and killed the most skilled/famous boxer of his day (eryx, who was himself a demigod), etc etc.

The number of wars and serious conflicts that herc has been involved in probably outnumber the years that she hulk has even been alive. This is also counting several (per marvel, not mythology) conflicts between the olympians and asgardians throughout history.

When considering marvel herc, you need to add the feats/labors of mythical herc to them, since per marvel they're the same guy. That being said, hercules is thousands of years old and has beaten and killed a LOT of people on/above she hulk's level. Keep in mind This is the guy that held the weight of the entire planet in atlas' stead, and nearly threw the planet off it's axis by stalemating Thor in an armwrestling contest. She Hulk is NOT this powerful.

In a true fight between the two, she dies horribly.
