Well, no, Sentry did face Hulk alone, and the Earth wasn't that powerfull, but he owned people with whom he normally struggle.
Two exemples:
Wolverine: Normally, Wolvie, before loosing, gives him a match. When Hulk destroyed the X-Men, he one-shotted about two or three times Wolverine, while kickin' X-Men collective ass.
The Thing: Hulk/Thing fights are epic. But in WWH, it was an epic ownage. The fight was only some panels long, before Ben went down.
Against the avengers, he one-shotted She-Hulk and Ares.
Yes, the Earth was a little bit "meh", but Hulk was in a class appart. And only two dudes gives him real troubles:
1- Doctor Strange, whom have been outsmarted one time and abdict the second time, in order to prevent the demon in him to get out
2- Sentry, who went toe-to-toe with him, destroying a part of New-York in the process,t aking and giving him punches.
So basically, yes, I think that Sentry made his proofs in this arc, and I think that he's in the big league, along with Sups, Hulk, Glad, Black Bolt, Green Lantern, etc.
And yes, I'm pretty sure he can gives hell to Sups.
But it doesn't matter because Green lantern and Diana would ass rape the rest of the Dark Avengers.
