How does Kyle beat Solar?

Solar EATS energy. ANY type of energy attack can be absorbed by this guy. No limits. 😮

GL Ring energy would look like a full course buffet to this guy.

Here's a rundown of a FEW of Solar's feats on panel:

Convert his body to ANY kind of energy he sees fit (one comic, he was fighting this guy with complete immunity to damage cuz of an uber force field that prevented Solar from teleporting in, he noticed that he can SEE the guy, so Solar turns himself to ambient light energy and then pops inside the guy's force field to pwn im)
He can phase thru solid objects
Complete and utter invulnerability to any type of damage (he IS energy, thus, he can't be killed, the only way he dies is if he decides to kill himself). He CAN feel pain, however.
Sense and track down any kind of energy
Blasts of energy with near limitless power
Convert one type of energy to another
Convert matter to energy and vice versa
Eat Stars for breakfast.
Create planets (I think he created an entire galaxy/universe during a non-canon crossover series).
Turn his body into a HUGE galaxy-eating black hole.
Travel backward and forward in time (he hates to do this, tho).
Stops time nonchalantly to interact with the surroundings (eat ur heart out flash).

These are just top-of-my-mind abilities that he demonstrated on-panel, there are much much more. Bear in mind most all these abilities he did matter-of-factly, no plot device whatsoever.

Solar destroys realities/universes. The JLA would look like feebs next to him.

The cool thing about Solar is that he always gets pwnd the first time he is exposed to a specific thing. First time he got hit by Psionic energy, he got raped pretty badly. Until he realised Psionics is just a form of energy he can manipulate, making himself immune to it. 🙂

Tho, I don't see how he cudn't just stop time and nuke the JLA while they're frozen in time. Hehe.
