He didnt jump out after Pete. As far as him attacking first, its clear he wanted to try and knock some sense into Parker. I guess a blind guy isnt allowed to hit someone ehh?😬 In one panel, Peter punched Matt on the floor, yes, however your original statement was "...Spider-man beats Daredevil in one panel..." which wasnt the case. The fight was inconclusive and not even a real in costume battle, so your point in trying to prove Spiderman wouldnt struggle against skilled street lvl'ers is nulled.

Not making excuses at all. You make it seem as if blind ppl are completely helpless which isnt the case. So because someone blind, you assume they dont know that a persons right in front of them and cant hit them in the face? A blind person can tell where a person is just by hearing them talk. Especially when that person happens to be standing right in front of them. Also, from the looks of the panel where the fall out of the car, Matt seems to be right above or on top of Peter. Speaking of assumptions, you say Mat was trying to Ko Peter? What would make you think that? Matt grazing Peter across the nose? You have no indication that Matt was trying to ko peter. Worried about his spidey sense cause it would be kinda difficult to hit someone who can sense it coming. Especially more than once. I idea that he was going all out is moreso unsupported.

PS: Do you really want to get into this Spider-man vs peak humans descussion right now? You honestly believe that DD stands a chance agains Spider-man, ANY CHANCE? And you dont like this proof that Spider-man wouldn't struggle against skilled streetlevelers without superpowers here's another proof- his fight with Kingpin. Peter was weakened during that fight, he was holding back, and he still owned the living sh!t out of him and didn't get a scracth.

In public, if your identity is a secret, and especially in Matts case, YES. Wearing a costume will effect your ma skills. Another assumption on your part is that Matt was unconscious. Youre telling me that Peter was gonna hit Matt again after he was already "unconscious"? I didnt think so. Peter was trying to ko Matt, but thats when the cab driver stepped in. We can get into spiderman vs peak humans if you want. Its a fact that he struggles against them. Especially those who have high ma skills. Do i honestly believe that DD stands a chance vs spiderman? I sure do, and the years of their tussles support that. What fight with kingpin are you talking about? Are you comparing kingpin fighting spidey, to DD fighting him? ❌ DD has gave spidey trouble from day 1 till now. The same cant be said for KP.
