Ok, his updated handbook bio says he's not completely indestructible. But he's nearly impervious to all forms of physical force and magic.

IIRC Thor ended up having to BFR him into space.

Thor broke his wrists hitting him with his hammer, while Harald laughed. He also shattered his shin on Harald, etc.
Then he got the power of the Runes, and had a competitive fight with him, he then ripped off his arms, and BFR'd him into space.

Team wins.
