It does not matter what class it is. Prohibition does not work, after god knows how many years you would think they could start making little steps towards admitting they were wrong and wasting billions of pounds every year trying to prevent a basic human need.
Ecstacy is not dangerous, or rather the main active ingredient MDMA which a lot of ecstacy does not even contain and most in only small amounts. Ecstacy is 90% of the time a dirty drug cut with god knows what thanks to it's legal status or rather thanks to your governments.
All deaths caused by the drug are due to dehydration, over hydration or being cut with some thing that humans are not meant to ingest all of which are by products of it being illegal and not the active ingredient which was banned so many years ago.
Sure it should be class B, MDMA should be legal if not only for it's great medicinal use. Why our government has a drug advisory council I do not know, they never listen to what they say and stick with the age old ignorance of drugs are bad mkay.

It doesn't matter, the government made Cannabis, the least harmful, least addictive, most beneficial drug on the planet, as class B, meaning it's as bad as amphetamines. Then again, ecstasy and LSD are as harmful as heroin apparently.

It's absolutely ridiculous. Not that I beleive carrying a knife should get a harsher sentance, but it's 4 years imprisonment for carrying a knife down a street, when carrying a joint down the same street is 5 years.

Our generation, (30 and younger..I think) should be the generation that brings about great reform for the greater good. I am quite sure that I heard on the radio that more young people are participating in politics than ever before.
Hopefully, we will make the currently illegal drugs, legal (and, hopefully, taxed and regulated).
I for one find it stupid that a Juice Head (steroid user) gets years in prison for distributing to another juice head who is looking to improve his appearance with diet and exercise. Anabolic steroids, when taken methodically and monitored by an appropriate physician, can have great benefits for the user. Of course the idiot taking 2000mg a week of various Anabolics is going to have something bad happen, eventually. But not the guy taking 200-400 and cycling off with things like Clomid, etc. I for one am holding my breath for myostatin inhibitors as they, thus far, appear to be much much safer. (I don't want a larger heart.)
That fact is, the ****ing governments are far too monetarily motivated to do jack shit correctly when it comes to things like drugs and the environment.
