I disagree. Lets pretend he is at a level above(which he's not) he would be at a higher level since his regular body before his own enhancement wasn't ever at the potential level of humanity.

I dont get what people mis understand. The serum makes you as good as humanly possiable if your already above that or at that level it won't amp you higher, it wont do anything
And answer this was Slades body before the procedure at the perfection potential level? The answer is no it wasn't.
So with it, his body down to the cellular level is enhanced and perfect by the SSS plus his own upgrade should make him a bit more enhanced.
Just think of it the other way around. Captain America gets Slade enhancement. He already has a enhanced body now add Slades enhancement and now he's above what he normally would be.
Now in comics a imbalance decrease could happen but theoretically an upgrade is possible.

No, but after it it became byond humanly perfect.
no it wouldent. His body is now ehnaced beyond humanly possiable. the serum cant enhances it further becuases he already beyond human perfection.
No it not. Slades enahncesments made him beyond peak human. Capt makes a person as good as humanly possiable not above it. Slades enahncesment can make some one better then humanly possiable. Capt serum has a max which slade is already at or above.

Prove it, show were it states Slade is beyond "peak of human potential" or next step in human evolution. You won't ever find that. Because in the DC verse "no' human is at the peak of human potential. Not Batman and not Batgirl. Slade isn't even Superhuman but in two separate DC bio states "almost superhuman".
No Slade enhancement is not shown beyond Cap's SSS. Saying it doesn't prove it at all.

They don't have peak humans in DC thats correct. DS is likly what would be DC version of peak human.
either way giving him the SSS would not matter if they were the same stats.

Slade has been classifed as enhanced human. Almost superhuman sounds like peak-human.
