Exactly how is he stronger than current Superman? I don't really read current Superman but the thought of Gladiator being leagues above him doesn't seem right.

The reason gladiator is stronger then supes is due to the fact that glads flew out of a solar system destroying blast and didnt even feel it or register it.
It was also said ON PANEL that he can fly 100 times the speed of light.
The guy can move planets, crush planets, collapse stars, amp his strength, swim in stars without suffering any damage, punch people from the earth to the core of the sun.
It was stated that he was one of the strongest beings in the universe and it was said on panel that he has unlimited strength. He punched at reed so hard that it was strong enough to level a city.
Now if you show me superman moving a planet without the aid of anyone or busting up a planet then I will talk to you about whos stronger BUT if we go by what happened on panel then we have a superman that was straining to lift a pyramid and we have a superman that wonder woman admitted that it would take him minutes to fly 22000 miles. 😕

Also think about this, anything that reaches a black holes achieves light speed but you also have to think about this, the only speed indication that we have a supes was 10 years ago when he said that he cant go close to the speed of light. The second speed indication that we have of supes is on his bio when it stated that his top speed is 2000mps, the third one was what wonder woman said which indicated that it would take him minutes to fly 22000 mps which would roughly be 2000mps. Space flight, I dont count since, well, everyone has done it.
I agree, superman can amp his strength, through sun dip; gladiator can willingly amp his strength, theres a difference.

1. Because lifting strength is not directly equivalent to punching strength.
You focus too much on low showings and PIS when it comes to Superman I see. I could easily ask you, how someone who hasn't beaten black Bolt stand a chance against Superman who has beaten people way above Superman.
You are basically saying that it would take Superman minutes to circle the globe?

Lol, so you call being defeated by black bolt as a low showing. You do know that black bolt also defeated sphinx, a being that stalemated galactus. I can go on for days on what black bolt has accomplished but I'm not going to do that because black bolt is underrated.
I dont base my judgement off of low showings, I'm basing off of the only thing that I have to get a indication of his speed and strength. We cant base it off of the wheel of mag because there was no strength level indicated on how much superman was lifting or moving since he was just powering a machine. What other strength feat are we basing it off of that makes him glads peer physically, a being that moves planets and crush them physically. A guy that contained an entire solar system destroying blast.
