I'm not saying that he's moving anywhere near 10x lightspeed in those scans, but "super fast movement" definitely falls within his range of abilities.

Nice, the last scan finally confirmed that he does infact have superspeed movment. Wonder why he never has applied it in battle, he has been stated as being able to move as a lighting bolt if I'm not mistaken....don't know where that scan is though.
