That Character Ellis sounds pretty sweet unfortunatly I never heard of him. IF he has limited precog and being able to mimic powers. Thats just rediculously powerful along with Glad's stats.

I'm assuming this is for a straight up battle with no prep time. The OP didn't state prep time, hence, there is none as per forum rules.
Zoom/Depowered Juggernaut. Kinda self-explanatory.
I think Majestic/Psylocke would be a fun combination. Near PC level physical stats with insane TK power.
And if I wanted to be thoroughly unoriginal, but guarantee beating the OP's amalgam, I'd probably use GW DD/Multiple Man. That's pretty self explanatory, too.
