The feat he's refering to is when the F4 slowed time and Gladiator was able to interact with them only by moving at 100x C.
The time when everything was slowed down was in in an alternate reality, and Glads was only said to be moving at hyperspeed.
The time when he moved at 100x the speed of light was after he entered the star before he fought the F4 the first time (iirc).
Team wins as long as there is the assumption that they have basic knowledge of their opponent. Gladiator alone should be able to take this or at worst it would be a stalemate.
If Sue can avoid the speedblitz (thanks to Gladiator) she may even be able to do some serious damage - imagine Gladiator grappling WW (as Superman and others have been able to do during fights) while Sue rams invisible razor sharp daggers in her back, gives her brain clot, or induces a Tower-of-Babel-style cardiac arrest like she threatened to do to the Wizard.
Reed and Torch are basically non-factors unless Reed has prep involved.

Not used? His muscles hadn't atrophied or anything. He specifically stated that he was back at full power and he struggled with a plane.
