This thread is not about Galactus going all out. He is using a short energy pulse of the same intensity he was using (continuously) against the shields of Thanos. Darkseid's Omega Effect should be at least comparable. At the very least HV will protect Superman enough for him to survive that round.

Galactus was angry and 'exerted' himself when he was blasting at Thanos shields. It's laughable that you are comparing Galactus energy blasts to Darkseid Omegas. Not comparable at all...especially from a pissed Galactus.
