If Surfer had Saurons ring he might have a chance as is he gets demolished.

The problem with exiles surfer is that there is no way of actually determining if the people he fought are on equal footing with their 616 counterparts .If we assume that the exiles gladiator, captain marvel, superskrull and Ronan and the rest of the imperial guard he fought were comparable in strength to the ones in the mainstream marvel universe then he can win a majority here.
